I just got back into Mountain biking and Lincoln Woods was the great place to start. During off season, you can enjoy the many 'off the beaten path' trails or stay on the loop around the lake. Very peacful. lots of joggers.

the trails are great. they arent well marked and you may end up on a more difficult trail than intended. i love the freeride section but watch out for branches on the way down.

Most of the trails are pretty good, but at this time of year (Spring) there are a lot of loose rocks and rather large logs laying in the middle of the paths...

Trails tend to be technical. Some spots of uphill riding can be very difficult. There is an area for freeriding. Horse poo from equestrians can be annoying at times. Overall the ride is fun. Lincoln Woods' trails are not for beginners due to the technical rocky descents and ascents.

There are also a few good 4-5 minute downhills that make for a fun ride. Some right near the water.. if youre not careful youll end up in 5 feet of water like i did.
