Trail Description:
A mix of uphill, downhill and single-track trails connected by pavement pass through Trace Fork Canyon. Wide water crossings can be expected in the canyon floor. The loop is best run clockwise due to the climbs, but can done counter-clockwise for serious climbers.

How to get there:
I-64 MacCorkle Ave. exit to Jefferson Road, right onto Kanawha Turnpike, left onto Spring Hill Ave. to Little Creek Park.

I was on my way through WVA going to NC and decided to give it a try. This is what I call a pit stop. The trail was clearly marked. Some of the entry and exit points from the water crossings are washed out. It was a challenge at times.
