Very fun trail. Easy ride. There are some side trails you can ride on, a few places you can stop for a break. I did the whole thing, there and back a couple of times now and it's a good ride. Most people will say hi or wave to you, then theres always a few yuppies probably coming from the southbury side that dont even acknowledge you, those are the ones you flip off. Watch out for people who don't put their dogs on leashes too.

For what it is it's good. It's a good trail for beginners to get some endurance. You can also strat in Naugatuck on rt63. Going form Naugatuck get on rt63N and the parking lot is just before Hop Brook on your left. The trail goes from there to Southbury.
