I just vistied LH for the first time this year. I was breaking in my spankin new Spec. Epic Comp. To my suprise all of the trails were very hard packed which made for a smooth fast ride. I found the trails to be technical but not too exhausting due to the lack of vertical gain etc. The 4 mile loop is a nice change from a bunch of short links.
Thanks to all who keep these trails up.

I think that your info is backwords about the minnesota bike trails because this is not a weekend worior trail it is an advanced trail that is longer than 4 miles when compared to Theador Wirth witch by the way shuld be a Weekend worior trailnot an advanced trail. I shuld now I helped to build it and all of my advanced trail ideas were thrown out.

I miss the 3 big hills that this place used to have, but I suppose use and erosion was creating a problem. New trails are fun and a challenge to my bike coordination, but not much of a challenge to my legs. Additionally, this place is getting WAY CROWDED! I've even come up behind a number of families with young kids out for Sunday rides, WITHOUT helmets, and they don't let me 'play through'! Try to get there EARLY if riding on a weekend.

Lebanon Hills has become what Terrace Oaks used to be and more. Great XXXpert trail, huge log piles and rock gardens. Also warm-up trails and a loop for less ambitous riders. If you have not ridden the XXX go ride it NOW!

Leb rips with the advanced stuff leading into the exoert stuff. I mean if you feel fit you can ride logs and hit teeters all day and loop back through and finish it all off with a nice downhill cruise. Definately worth exploring.
