I rode this trail in the "Dog Days" of last summer or at least the few that there are this far north. The rout consists mostley of two track with some beutiful scenery. There is a little too much sand for my tastes and not enough elevation change. Overall, this is a good beginning trail and if you ride fast enough, you can get a decent workout.
