Trail Description:
Steep sick ass trail! The top section is technical with bridges and log rides, a-frames etc. The middle section also has many sick bridges but gets SUPER STEEP with some SICK roll down lines, and a sick teeter-totter on a bridge suspended in the air. Can you say "SICK"?!
How to get there:
Go up Coast Meridean in coquitlam. Turn right at the top on HARPER ROAD, follow up to yellow gate at top,then ride up from yellow gate PAST the FIRST TURN OFF on the left, TAKE THE SECOND TURN ON THE LEFT, follow that up till you get to the green gate, go up through the gate 10 min, its on your right.

As you mentioned that an aaporvpl had been given, I take it you are thinking of a situation where the neighbour who is affected and has not been consulted wishes to contest the aaporvpl. People who are not applicants have been given very little opportunity to take a matter to the new Building and Development Dispute Resolution Committees. From my reading of the Bill, it seems as if the neighbour would not be able to be heard in the BDC in a situation like this, so would have to go to the PEC (under cl.456). If anyone was faced with a situation where they could elect to go to one or the other (for example, an applicant seeking a declaration about whether an application was properly made), their choice would be binding in that, if they weren’t happy with one, they have then lost their right to go the other. If the applicant chose the BDC, they could only then go to the PEC if the Committee made an error or mistake in law, or lacked/exceeded their jurisdiction (cl. 479). Similarly, if t
