I hike this with my young child and if you run over her I'll throw you in the creek, I run it uphill and I've ridden it on my cross bike downhill (with dismounts and no incidents). Please respect all users as you'd like to be respected.

It says Lower Rock Creek Mountain Bike Trail at the top, so watch yourselves runners. I ain't slowing down! there are plenty of trails to run on that bikers are not allowed on...and watch your dogs too.

A word of caution to bikers. This is a MULTIUSE trail. I run it (uphill) on a regular basis. Keep your speeds down and ride responsibly. Thanks!
