Trail Description:
Mostly single track with some hikers. Some rolling hills but mostly fairly difficult ascents and descents.
How to get there:
From Boulder, go up Flagstaff Mountain (if you do not know where that is or how to get there, ask the locals...they are sure to help). Once you are at the top, keep going...it is about 5 miles once you are at the top of Flagstaff Mountain. You will know you are at the top when you start seeing houses since the entire East side of the mountain is basically a park. Go about 5 miles west...Walker Ranch is labelled with a sign...but it is on the left side of the road.
Additional Notes:
Great ride.

This is what Mountain Biking is all about.
Tough 8 miler. Clock wise provides the more
ridable option. Either way is a lung burner. There is
hike a bike at the creek. Be prepared to over the
shoulder your bike up or down some steep steps
and rocks. Some awesome tech sections that will
test good riders expertise. Trail is usually never
crowded. Good luck and enjoy Boulders best.

This is my home trail. I enjoy the counter clockwise route. Great climbs, a few tasty technical spots, and and amazing portage down to the creek. fun rolling back section after the inial climb.
