Trail Description:
If you do this trail from start to finish, it's best to start at Golden Pond from the south and work your way to the North welcome station. This way you get the WORST of the hills and climbs out of your way. A Camelbak is a must with 2 additional water bottles. Also pack some power bars because your GOING to need them. The best time to go ride this would be in the spring or early fall. Water is avaliable at about the half way point at Hatchry Hollow.

How to get there:
It's in the "Land between the Lakes" in between Barkely lake and Kentucky lake. Starts at the North welcome station or at Golden Pond in the South part of LBL.

Additional Notes:
Go prepaired!

Thanks for the info. The correct spelling is Paducah. Also, this is not in Paducah, but is called "LBL" or Land Between the Lakes.

I attended college near LBL and was able to ride these trails all the time. Beautiful single-track in a wide variety of terrain. Technical, fast jamming. Well worth the visit. Plenty of nice camping too.
