Trail Description:
The climbing is a physical challenge, good for the cardio, very much rocky, fast XC trail, exciting. It is actually a hiking trail, so very steep at time, but it is worth the climbing. My favorite trail of all time.

How to get there:
From Montreal, take highway 15 to the end(it will change to route 117)follow the sign Parc du Mont-Tremblant, secteur de la diable.Once in the park, park your car at the end of route 1. Look for a map and you will seek your way to the liteau,
