This place has some really fun cross country trails. There's lots to be discovered - that being said some of the best trails are hard to find. Drop by one of the local shops and see if there are any group rides happening so you have someone to show you the trails.

Rockwood Park has it all for every level of rider. It is always challenging and the varied terrain and scenery make it interesting year round for x country skiers as well.Do yourself a favor, leave your troubles behind and get some serious rotational therapy at the "ROCK"

Very good single track. Found some newly cut trails, very technical with excellent downhill. Could bike 25km without riding the same trail.

There are many different trails to choose from; Barking Dog, Ledges, Long Lake, Frying Pan Lake, Marshmellow, Wilderness Loop, Three Bridges, Donnie's Detour, Ski Hill, Golf Trek and Rude Root. Wicked downhill with solid climbs. Great technical! Saint John's best kept secret for Mountain Biking.
