La Framboise Island

Trail Description:
This trail is cut thru the forest in a tight swath.You can stay on singletrack the entire ride if you wish.It is a fun kiddy type roller coaster ride.Lots of up and down but no magnatude.It can be ridden fast for a good rush at any skill level.

How to get there:
The trailhead and Island are located on the Missoiri river between Pierr and Fort Pierre.Follow the signs as you drive thru downtown Pierre,or catch a glimps as you cross the bridge from Fort Pierre.

Additional Notes:
It is worth a stop bye if your in Pierre and have your bike along.

This is a great trail with many options in lenghts. Lots of wildlife, deer, turkey, beaver, turtles, etc. Nice spots on the west side of the island for a beach break. Nice sandy beaches. Easy ride, but still fun nonetheless.
