hey i live in the area and i ride the trail regularly it is bunch of great trails with a lot of tight spots to get into and out of also the back part called expert course will totally mess up your bike if you aren't a good rider my son almost broke his nose after his wheel stuck in a rut going downhill. i have never had to pay any money to use the trails and i ask everytime i go to see if the rules have changed.

this trail is really good - be warned. Expert trails mean that. Downhill section can warp a rim in hurry. Make sure your bike is good working order before you ride this trail. It is a great trail and hidden jewel of Nashville area.
