As of august 2009 These trails are back up and running. They are good for the average rider, lots of quick downhills and clearly marked trails

23rd Street trail is going to be back in business within the next several months. Trails will be cleaned up and better than ever. With local bikers and the city of Pittsburg working together the project should be complete very soon.

This trail is a perfect trail for the weekend warrior. It up and down and side to side alot. It really needs to be cleaned up though. Alot of dead trees and thorn bushes get in your way when riding. Also has a few good ramps.

Yeah, the greater percent of the trails are still there, so long as Devil's Dive isn't flooded, there's quite a bit let there to ride.

The previous statement is incorrect. After talking with the city/corp of engineers, they have informed us that they will not bulldoze anyfurther back than what has already been taken out. Also, the city has talking about making this a city park.

Sorry people, with the building of a Rail road over pass, the 23 St. Bicycle dumps has been bulldozed down and hualed off for fill. I an sad to see it go becaue it was so close to home. I glad I had the change to ride it. May it R.I.P.
