Trail Description:
This trail is a fun one to race down at night. it has a super fun natural slope to it. rocky at times. there are some good drops off to the side, and it connects to the bruce trail.
How to get there:
From Toronto, take QEW Niagara, until you get to Beamsville (Town Of Lincoln)(Exit 64)
head up Ontario st. until you reach king st.(hwy.8) turn left . find Mountain st. go up.until you find kinsmen rd. go down kinsmen rd. to Frost rd. then pick your trail. all trails end up in the same place!
Additional Notes:
there is a couple ladder courses hidden back from the trail, so keep your eyes open.

Not too bad trail riding. Very rocky close to the park. I would suggest that you bike along the road to the corner of Locust and Kinsmen. Follow the trail for about 5 minutes and you'll come to an old quarry (very shallow) but nice to get a couple of jumps in (2 feet to 5 feet). But the trail is muddy around there. Too may ATV tracks.

another variation is to take mountainview up to left on locust lane to East Dell winery. ride in past the building, sticking right, to the additional parking . look for the bruce markers to the left and take the road on the left and where it levels out right but before the pond. that will take you to the bruce and there is some tough riding until you get up top and you'll come out on a street, take it accross mountain which will lead you to kinsmems park, then you take it from there.

not a bad trail but a bit muddy. lots to explore and small rolling hills, not too much to get you in trouble unless you take a wrong turn and take the fast way down the escarpment.
