Trail Description:
Beutiful ride with plenty of deli's around to stop at for hydration and nourishment. The bugs could be annoying sometimes and some tree trunks across the trail pose a threat for some beginners. One trail great for downhill enthusiasts and some dirt jumps and ramps for people in search of some tricks. Some trails are a little narrow so be careful. People like to run on the trails also so watch out. There are many mountain bike trails along with many pave tarils that are great for family rides.
How to get there:
From Goethals bridge take Forest Ave all the way up till you get to Clove Lake Park.

The parks department isn't as bad as you'd think. Trails get old after a few rides, not the best trail but its ok.

Dont waste your time unless you want to get chased by the parks police. The only trails worth riding on staten island are at high rock park off rockland ave (Blue & yellow trails). Just stay away from pouch camp which runs along side it and is off limits to bikers. some pretty decent single track for being so close. best time to ride is in the fall. trails seem to get alittle overgrown in the summer but yet still rideable.
