There is a ton to explore out here. Lots of twisty and technical, a few fast runs with jumps, lots of flowy singletrack. I've been riding these trails for almost 20 years and I still find stuff I've never ridden. Don't be afraid to explore, just keep in mind the closer the trail to the river/creek the more likely it is swampy or has been ruined by ATV ruts. The really fun stuff is closer to the road.

CB is a great trail, but u should check out the trail me and my buddies from NIB have been building. Its out sydenham rd just before the 401 turn right on Arnold st and head through the dead end. there are some pics at our website. http://nitroinjectedbikers.webs.com

After further inspection yesterday of this trail, it has 2 small cliff like areas on the north side of road. One of them is definately going to break something if not careful. I have not had a chance to inspect the south side. But another side note, right now there are some areas of the trail that have become swampy, but no worries there are many trails to go around them. Many big trees to go over or around if you are unsure.

I don't see me having any breakdown issues with my bike on this trail. I am running "Specialized" bike. tires are massive and hold 80lbs of air. I have run it over trees through everything I could think of and was unable to break it. I am about 210lbs and this bike is indestructible. I will however try my very best to see what more abuse it can take with this trail.

I am the one that first posted this trail and have added many trails... but someone who walks the trails has been straiting the trails and taking out some great loops whish he/she would stick to sidewalks (which are straigh) hope to have some new trails soon that are impossible fo ATV's (wilderness wheel chairs)... see you out there!!!

Echoing the general sentiment that the trails are a bit too short. Lots of fun though and plenty of technical sections. Is there a map? I had trouble finding my way with all the interlacing side trails. The ATV ruts are brutal!

The HOW TO GET THERE description is wrong. The trails are west, not east, of Collin's Bay Road. However, there is no denying that the riding on the south side of Taylor-Kidd Road is excellent.

Hey there, I'm an avid mountail biker from the UK coming to Kingston for a few weeks and I'm wondering if there are any places to hire decent Cross-country bikes around? aslo, any recommendations on trails I should definitely do?

I see there are about 28km of trails described here. Can anyone tell me how to get to Amherstview? I get to the train overpass by the creek and am not sure where to go. I love the trails, but wish they were longer.
