Trail Description:
Brand new trail done by the fellas over at Fat Bikes. Rolling terrain from old strip mine pits. Some steep climbs and fun hard stuff. A few cool bridges, too. There are quite a few off-shoots that could keep you riding for quite a while if you didn't want to do only one loop. The outside loop is done but the inside technical stuff is still being worked on. It will be one of the best that Indiana has to offer, for sure.

How to get there:
Go south on main Street in Seelyville off of SR 40 for about a mile. Then west about another 1/4 mile to the Plumbers and Steamfitters place. The trailhead is across the street from the carnival rides. There's a small picnic pavillion right where the trail starts.

Additional Notes:
Fun, fun, fun!!

It would have been nice if someone would have mentioned that you have to be a member of the plumbers and steamfitters to use this rec. site.

Those are some pretty bad directions....could someone please update them with better details. Also wondering if the trail is still open.

So if we want to help rebuild, do we just take our stuff out there and start working? I mean, if I show up with a chain saw and start cutting fallen trees that are on the trail, is anyone going to say anything? Who owns this area, anyway, and how do we have permission to ride?

we need people to help rebuild this awsome trail!

when will this trail open again!

I went out there yesterday. It was a ton of carrying your bike over trees at the begining but most of the other stuff is fine to ride. Chad from fatbikes said that It should be back to normal sometime in early summer
