Our cross country team runs here, EXCELLENT for everything. Great running trails, and we see plenty of bikers. The trails can be 'two wide' for small framed runners in most parts, but for biking and larger framed runners it would be single file. Trails are bike/runner/walker friendly and an EXCELLENT place to get some excersize. Plenty of shade, and lots of trees.

This trail system has blossomed into nearly 40 miles of great single-track. There is something for everyone but some very technical and difficult trails have been newly added that will get your heart-rate jacked up. Check it out.

lots of fun for beginers up to intermediate riders, most of it isnt very technical, no real switchbacks. but good for a fun day with the girlfriend. There is one great down hill that goes pretty fast, bring a picnic... fun trails.
