Trail improvements have been made since the hurricane! The city has put in a nice smooth double track with small gravel so it's not muddy or rooty. About 3.7 miles out and 3.7 miles back. Or there is 8-10 miles of single track which the city has marked in blue with bike/hike signs as well. ALL horse trails are separate and marked in GREEN. Check it out...

TRails have changed. Recently added some signs etc. GEt with a local there are now a number of loops, one is about 10 miles by itself. not for beginners, hill repeats and some long slow climbs make it a hard starting trail for a new rider. Have been Xterra races and state games of mississippi mountain bike races. Come on down and check it out. Campground, hotels, restaraunts and a mall are all within 2 miles. easy access off interstate. All the trails are wooded but you get back to the interstate in about 10 minutes from the boat ramp at the lake.

Good Ride, can get muddy at times :) Quick little downhills, places to explore off the main single track.
