The Pine Creek Trail travels along the floor of Pine Creek Gorge. One of the most spectacular natural areas in Pennsylvania, Pine Creek Gorge is often referred to as the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania, and was recognized as a National Natural Landmark in 1968. The opportunities for sightseeing are endless. Trail users can view dramatic rock outcrops, waterfalls, wildlife such as eagles, osprey, coyote, deer, wild turkeys, herons, hawks or even a river otter to name just a few. The trail is crushed stone and is a great smooth ride for the whole family. There are camping areas along the trail and bathrooms every few miles. A must to ride. It's a beautiful area....

How to get there:
From Williamsport take 220 towards jersey shore. Get off on the pine Creek exit. Make a right and follow the road till you get to waterville and just through there on the right is the trail. There is a parking area with plenty of parking.

Great for family riding. Nothing technical about about it. Mostly flat with crushed stone base on the path. Beautiful scenery!
