Lots of ladders and drops spread throughout the area. There are new trails being built and are a challange to find and rewarding when you do. RIDE THE SNOT OUT OF THIS AREA before development.

How to get there:
EASY TO FIND!

From Langley take 200th St. south to 28th Ave. Turn right onto 28th Ave. Go 3 blocks and park on the south side of road at the Lattimer Lake Park parking lot.

Additional Notes:
There is also riding on the North side of 28th Ave. Old single track with loops.
