For a new trail, it has come a long way. Originally started off with a few jutted trails and has turned into a network of small trails that can be ridden for aprox. 1 hour. Some small climbs, roots and rocks with very little technical stuff. Good ride for any age and ability. Alot of walkers and small children from schools attend for outdoor classes.

Great trail for people new to off road biking "watch for deep mud in some parts after a rain storm"

Not bad, but there are some huge sand ruts from ATVs and motorbikes.
