I just recently got my mountain bike and this was the first trail that I tried. It has many side that i have not yet tried, but the main bike trail is very satisfing for begginners. It has lots of roots and sand that can slip you up if you are not careful. Great Trail.

I started riding about a year ago and have been on this trail too many times to mention and it is never boring. Great ride even when it's wet out, no mud or stream crossings. Elevation varies so it is a good interval workout. Just be careful related to the sand that collects at the bottom of hills due to rain. Have Fun.

The trail is fairly easy with a few moderate climbs. I usually ride the trail in about 45 minutes but I have rode it in 30. The trail can also be tricky at times because there is huge sand pits that would bury anyone. The rain has also made the trail very rough with tree roots hanging out everywhere.
