Yep, this one is really isn't much of a challenge ... the kind you bring a first timer to...

For mountain biking this isn't the place to go. But, for the beginner, it's a great start or if you have a very limited amount of time. The new concrete trail has been completed. It has been widened and encompasses the entire lake. It does wind through some trees at one point and I found that very nice.

Not much here for the mountain biker. The smallish lake is circled by a mostly flat, mostly concrete trail. At the west end of the lake it turns into singletrack briefly. This section can be very muddy at times. There are a few trail offshoots, mostly dead-enders, that may interest some people. There are plans to "fix" the trail here, so we may be seeing even more concrete in the near future.

People go to ride the paved trails, not to ride the single track. If you are looking for off road riding, this is not the place to go.
