Do you know why they are tearing down the trees on the trails?

Shadow Valley access is not advised, since it enters through a private drive. The school is the best place to enter. The trails are almost always in decent shape; rain tends to dry quickly but don't ride on muddy trails

Are there any access points/trail heads other than behind the school (like off shadow valley maybe)? Anybody know the current conditions of these trails?

i love this trail and ride it all the time. It is very technical and has a lot of northshore style stuff. also a few big drops and gaps.

Ah, my home trail. I miss it now that I've moved to South Carolina. A LOT of trails winding through hills and across a winding creek. It's definitely a place to hone your skills or build them up if you want a challenge. Bridges, see-saws, hills, tight turns, and big drops. Even though the area is surrounded by development, back there it seems like you're in the mountains. A great, fun ride for those who have, at least, a decent amount of skill. Not for beginners.

Rode this for the first time Saturday 11-17-07. Trick section is definitely for the trials type. Trails are really cool with some pretty "testy" stuff. Kinda hard to go all out due to all the trails intersecting. Maybe once I've learned it can push it harder. I'll leave the teeter totter to you trials guys.

Where do you park so as not to be towed or get a ticket? I parked behind the school and got lucky nothing happened but don't know where to park next time? Is it ok to park on the property?
