Trail Description:

Once again, I think the devil will be in the detail which most of us haven't seen yet. I hope they don't put too much in the reuonatigls about what an applicant has to provide up front one of the problems holding up applications in another State is that they require a whole list of reports, etc up front, many of which are completely unnecessary for particular applications. Frankly, I don't think the previous system was so bad, which left it open to the Council to ask for whatever they wanted in an information request.Another worrying thing is that the discretion for a Council to accept a properly made application has been removed, so I agree that there are going to be more disputes about this. They apparently foresaw some problems here, so they have included provisions stating that if the Council think an application isn't properly made, they must give the applicant a notice stating how it can be fixed.I also don't like the expansion of the previous Tribunal'

Hunter has alot of trails to offer for the corss country enthusiats as well as for the serious downhiller. Their trail network is constantly expanding.
