Who ever thinks someone is not alowed to do
something is a id1ot, this is free country do what u
want as long as your having a good time. If u dont
like it get the hell out of here. People should be
able to walk dogs ride hourses and bike all
together and not hate on eachother. Thouse who
think they own the place should keep it down
cause after all its a puplic park.

I rated this tail but forgot to mention that the park has more than 6 miles. Truth is I never use a odometer. But, I'm riding long enough to make a make a fair assumption that this park has well exceeded 6 miles. Don't forget east tremont bike shop.

Saxon is a mtb riders answer to the perfect dream. The park can challenge you from freeriding to cross country. Or simply set you at ease from the everyday stressfulbull that consumes us.Hard to believe its only and hour from the city. Take the drive here you won't regret it. Contact me at the east remont shop in the bronx...ask for the captain.

I live near the park and have seen the damage some
bikers have done. They cut new trails through the
wilderness and make a big mess. Really ruins it for
bikers who stay on the trails. Also, cops now patrol
the parking lot and issue warnings to people with
bike racks. Too bad.

Woah!!! i agree thats way harsh i love these woods
ive been biking here since i was a kid a few times a
week... bikers are the only people that have ever
really done trail maintanance there... responsible
biking doesn't do half the damage of the hundreds
of leashless dog walkers eroding those trails
everyday!!! the only reason bikers are "not"
supposed to be there is cause some not cool biker
punched a dog walker in an argument a couple
years back... Cops bike there all the time!
