Trion is one of the only parks in Rochester that MTB ridding is permitted. It has some great technical components and many man made elements. If you like a challenge and don't mind going over your handlebars once in a while, you will find a range of trails and obstacles that can challenge even the seasoned biker.

How to get there:
Go 590 North, exit on Browncroft Blvd, take a left, go to light at North Winton RD take a right, 1/2 mile on right hand side is Tryon Park RD. You will be parked on bride over highway. The bridge dead ends into park.

This is probably the best place to ride in the Rochester area. There are many miles of great single track and more is being added all the time. Trails are easy enough to be attempted by someone with intermediate skills but will still be lots of fun for seasoned riders. The trails aren't marked but the park is bounded by roads and water so you can't get too lost. There is a new parking lot just over the bridge listed in the directions above.

Awesome technical riding you wont find anywhere else. Every ride is an adventure in a new direction. There is way more than 4 miles of trails.
