Trail of Tears

Trail Description:
Almost exclusively single-track. Some nice switchbacks and climbs. Lots of roots. Huge trail system, easy to construct a ride of any length you're looking for. Very technical at times. A few constructed log rides, jumps, major rock traverses, and drops if you're into that sort of thing. Nice rock garden section alongside the Chattahoochee river. If you're looking for a technical track that'll give you an amazing workout, give it a shot.

How to get there:
From Columbus, GA, take hwy 80 west to the first Alabama exit, Summerville Road. Exit south, take first left onto Airport Rd. Proceed 1.5-2 miles to stop sign. Straight thru stopsign, til dead end and gated road. Park on blacktop, and ride.

Multiple loops...a few proceed south from the blacktop in the vacinity of the power lines, but 90% o
