Trail Description:
There are two ways to loop to this trail: For the easier climb, start at Bear Valley Bikes, 1/2 mile west of the village in Big Bear Lake. Take Mill Creek Road to fireroad 2N10, 2N10 turns to dirt, continue until 2N17, take 2N17 SE to 2N08. (You will junction with Pine Knot Trail 1E01 here) Either take singletrack or 2N08 fireroad up (south) to Grandview Point. Enjoy view and grub now. Turn around and enjoy 3 miles of singletrack back to your car. For a steeper climb and spectacular views of the lake and surrounding area, park near the Big Bear Hostel, ride up Knickerbocker Rd. until you find fireraod 2N08, let the climbing begin, finish trail as stated above.

How to get there:
Trailhead 1:

Take Big Bear Blvd. (Highway 18) 1/2 mile west of the village and park at picnic area on Mill Creek Rd.

Trailhead 2:

Park at Veterans Park at intersection of Knickerbocker Rd. and Big Bear Blvd.

Additional Notes:
Big Bear trails are not always well marked. Obtain green Recreation Topo Map of San Bernardino MTNS
