Trail Description:
One of the best and only trails Thornhill has to offer. It is out and back in the forest along the German Mills Creek/Don River. Has a few small jumps, bridges, etc. and is maintained by locals, but can be slightly overgrown in the summer.
How to get there:
1) There is an entrance to a gravel path at end of Evergreen Crescent (closest intersection Sycamore Dr. & Bayview Ave.). Follow the gravel path for a bit and keep eyes wide open for the trailhead on the right (one trailhead before the bridge and another a bit after).
2)Access the other end of trail from Green Lane between Bronte Rd. and Kings College Rd. (south of passing over river)
3)There is parking at Huntington Park on Huntington Park Dr. Follow gravel path from parking lot and look to left side for trailhead.
Additional Notes:
Good for XC riders.

I just finished this trail at nighttime
(after 11 pm) the gps co-ordinates to
the start position in huntington park
behind the soccer field are
[43_"49'56.06"N 79_"23'26.79"W] there is
a part that is grassy and there are 2
paths that separate that you cannot
miss, i have not been to those so i
ended up at [43"_49'31.89"N
79"_22'55.59W]. This trail contains
about 5 parts with planks but could use
about 2-3 more of them when muddy.
Overall a very good and slighty
challenging ride including a few half-
foot logs blocking the path I recommend
this trail for the mountian bike
enthusiast, free fun!

you can enter locally by the bridge between Aileen/Willowbrook and Bronte on Green Lane. North East edge of the bridge by the house there's an overgrown small path to descend down. Coming from the Huntington Park side theres some steep descents and uphills that can get quite muddy. Beware of rocks on the downhill and be alert of the leftward curve after the two wooden ramps on the downhill singletrack. Sometimes the path is quite muddy and difficult to see especially if you're doing it for the first time. All in all a short but fun course to go around locally.

very muddy sections. hard to find the trail. it starts much past the bridge.very fun to ride but short. i am going to look for a link south of green lane to john st. then it can hook up to a major ashphalt path down to leslie and sheppard.
