Trail Description:
Tims Ford State Park trail system runs beside Tims Ford Lake on park property. Not technical except a small hill decent down into a small creek.

How to get there:
From Chattanooga take 24 North until you see signs for Tims ford state park. The signs will lead you to the park. Once in the park take the second right to Marble Plains baptist church. The trail is located to the right of the Church. Park in the gravel turn around or in the church parking lot. The trail starts off on a dirt road that goes down to the lake. After about 150 to 200 feet you will see the trail to the right. If you are coming from Nashville take 24 South and look for the signs leading to the park.

Additional Notes:
This area is open to Hunters. I have never had any problems but I would not suggest wearing a deer
