Trail Description:
Hagan Stone Park - Chatfield Trail is a fun trail if you just want to ride without worrying about obstacles, for the most part. Lots of flat trails, slow rising sections and some slow downhill areas where you can pick up some good speed, several mudpits, not much technical as have some rooty sections; that all is until past the campground heading west on the north-western edge of the park. Here, if you decide to contiue, this is the last part of the trail and turns into fun narrow single track with a couple of stream crossings, roots, ceramic piping (must be for campsite sewage or water supply), large rocks and one good rocky climb (rocks larger than your head in some cases).

How to get there:
The park is maintained by the City of Greensboro, NC but it is surrounded by Pleasant Garden. The park is locate don Hagan Stone Park Road which is crosses US-421 S. Map these directions with your choice of service: 5920 Hagan Stone Park Rd, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313-8249. You can get ot US-421 S from I-85 (which runs south of Greensboro) or I-40 which runs through Greensboro.
