Greaterville Trails

Trail Description:
There are many old roads and trails here. So I don't think that anybody will get bored. It is a good ride for the experienced and the beginner-level rider.

How to get there:
From Tuscon: Take Rt 10 east to Rt 83. Follow this for 19 miles and then make a right turn heading west on to FS 62/229. Drive for 2.5 miles and make a left on FS 229. Go past the ranch house and the corral. Park at the summit overlooking Greaterville.

Must rate this area top notch(I'm partial to my childhood haunting grounds).....Arizona Trail runs right thru here now, so there's plenty of singletrack to pick out......Kinda back-country style, though. Not alot of traffic(bike traffic anyways)....Gobs and GOBS of variations for loops and workouts....Seven miles or seven hours, it's out there(even moreso when you get lost and the sun goes to bed....!)
