Hey Goober, a safety meeting is to stop somewhere and smoke some grass.

I've been riding dirt for a loooooong time.
WTF is a "safety meeting"? I mean, I can guess
but....WTF? Is this some kind of wussie urban
kumbayah-fest before you "conquer nature"? If you
have to have a meeting to decide if you should be
there.....you shouldn't. (I worked for several years
as a river guide,. I know when mindful attention to
safety is appropriate. I'm also WFR certified,
but.....WTF!?) Stay home and ride the highline-
canaL You're in the way.

This is the goods. It has gotten more rough on the trail in the last couple of years, no real big challenges but rolling resistance has gone up a tad. Safety meetings are essential, make sure everyone in your group is totally safe before you get high. If doing an out and back from/to Kenosha, try ripping down Jefferson Creek trail, its a bit more tech and much steeper than the colorado trail. Jefferson creek trail bombs down to the campground by the gravel road.

If you do this in the reverse of what Jose said you will have some great switchbacks. Take a car to Kenosha and then drive to Breckenridge. It takes almost a day to make it back to Kenosha. You will be riding on the Colorado trail. I recommend staying off the road there is single track to be ridden all the way.

Ride this trail in the fall, and you will get to experience nice aspen groves. Also, to increase the technicality, make sure you ride across the log creek crossing, rather than walking your bike. The potential 8 foot drop can be quite exhillerating!!

Take a car to Breckenridge and then drive to Kenosha. It takes almost a day to make it back to Breckenridge. You will be riding on the Colorado trail. Beyond Georgia p. you will ride a Jeep road down to Tiger Road and then to Hwy 9. By then your arse will be hurting. Watch out for T-storms atop the mountain (mostly in the afternoons)

One of the finest rides in the state. Almost all single-track, some technical sections, and a butt-load of climbing and descending.
