good place to ride. nothing too technical or extreme. I
unfortunately road there a during the winter months,
which I will never do again. I hit a patch of ice that
sent me out of control. i slid off the back of the seat
and hit the rear tire. My entire genitalia got caught in
between the wheel and the seatpost and was de-
rooted from my body. all that was left was an empty
cavity with tubes and hamburger meat. a few riders
ended up riding up on me, they will never forget what
they saw, me holding my gents in my hand dry
heaving. I fortunately have had surgery and am back to
almost 100%.

Good overall place to ride. You can spend a good 3 hours here and not get bored. Be careful, some of the larger puddles have some large hidden routes and rocks in them. I found out the hard way when i fell and snapped my humurous. The thing was hanging out like 4 inches and was stuck in the ground when i first realized what happened...i was laughing like a school girl for some reason for like 30 minutes and then the laughter turned to shreaks of terror...weird

The mountain biking at Deer Park is very good. There is certainly more than one hour's worth of riding at Deer Park. Riders could spend a whole summer enjoying the trails. Lots of singletrack, good climbs and downhills and lots of logs makes for a great biking destination. Higly recommended.

This place has something for everyone. From the bottom lot you have a climb on a technical trail or a gravel fire road. Either are a nice down hill on the way back. The trail that wraps the lake is a great 30-45 after work ride. But if you have time to explore, you can spend hours on the single tracks. Perfect amount of hills for a work out that is paced. I've seen a bear a few times and bring your bug spray.

Rode this for the first time today, nice dirt road
double track, fun and challenging single track
available too, enough climbs available for a good
workout. I have to agree with whoever said this is a
really good weekday type of ride.

Nice trail, challenging at times. REALLY challenging if you get lost and end up on the other side of the mountain (like I did). Watch out for deer ticks. Lots of muddy spots if there has been recent rain. Bears have been spotted there too.
