We rode this trail expecting more technical challenges. It is a fun ride with 3 - 5 technical spots. A few trees have fallen on the path but easy to work around. We did find a great hole in the wall bar in Newberry called Bubba's Beer Parlor on Martins St. Enjoy!

I rode this trail in the spring a few years ago, didn't have a problem finding my way around. Have gone twice this month and both times got off the bike trail and onto the horse trail w/o knowing it, there are a few intersections not marked. If you ride singlespeed may want to use a slighly larger rear cog because hard to keep momentum up. Alot of leaves on the trail, sometimes hard to follow.

I am a hometown guy and have rode this trail for many years. It gets better every year. The hills not so bad, the skinny trail and sharp turns are tough, the creeks @#!@.... If you haven't rode this trail you are missing out. Thanks to Harrell's bicycle world and everyone else who has contributed to making this the best kept trail in sc.

This trail was one of the many reasons I attended Newberry College. The trail is technical, but very enjoyable. To the webmaster, please either fix or remove your caps lock detect on this form, some letters of words NEED to be capitalized

Nice trail, although if your from around columbia i don't think it was worth the drive up there, It does ride longer then 8 miles,

Awesome... Lots of good climbs. Good tight single track. Careful a few of the logs come up quick. Was burnt by the time I reached my car. Good trail. Would recommend it to friends.

This trail is a lot of fun. It rides a lot longer than 8 miles. Some steep climbs and ascents, single track riding and it's pretty technical. LOTS OF FUN!!

One of, if not the best maintained trail in SC! Great trail for all riders except beginners. The faster you rider the better it gets. Besure to check out the new downhill section. Caution: Walk this section first! It's very different than the rest of the trail.
