This was another trail that I was trying to find a while back. The directions talk about a "one-lane bridge," but when I was driving on 94, I don't recall going over one. Does anyone know of any other landmarks that I could look for? Thanks for the help.

This is actually the Lost valley trail. It was an old camp ground area 30 or so years ago. When you get around the top on the old broken up pavement there is a little road on the right , Its where they put road kill deer and such, not a pretty sight and not to fresh as you would guess. make that turn at your own risk!

This trail offers something for everyone. The first 3 miles from the trail head are very moderate slopes through changing scenery. The middle few miles are some steep climbs on rougher trail (erosion). The last portion of the trail is an enjoyable single track that winds up a hill side and is extremely fun. The last half mile is back on the easy stuff for a strong finish. Beginners will find this a good training ground, experienced riders can work on speed and still find this trail worthwhile.

The trail is completely open again. It is an 8 mile loop. It is a great trail for someone who wants to get in some good endurance training off-road.

Rode this trail in October 2000; 4 miles of loop CLOSED due to Heavy Equipment work. Can't ride full loop! Don't know when full loop will be open. Right now, its only a 4 mile out-and back on double track.

This is a great ride for your average beginner with not-to-techincal climbs and some sweet fast destents. However, It would be great for a training biker or your avg. weekend warrior. Happy Biking!

This trail is rough for beginners at the time due to water run off, it is trenched out but a great ride for the more experienced rider
