I did Declue and it really scared me, hard to ride when the leaves are covering the trail. Later ventured on one of the horse/bike trails, the horses have chewed it to pieces and trail is built so erosion is all over the hills. Classic example of how not to build trail. GORC is making new trail and it's good!

This trail is killer. The Declue trail isn't that long (4 miles) but you won't want to do it twice unless you are a nutty expert racer. it really pounds you. do it clockwise, and you will have some very twisty and slightly rocky rollers and switchbacks, all in pristine singletrack form, and then the other half is up/down/up/down/up/down loose, rocky, and technical as hell. This trail is very difficult, make no mistake.

The Declue trail is a hard core single track.Plan on cleaning your bike after the ride. Youv got to love those horses. Some good climbes a few nasty rocks. If you like riding on dirt river trails skip this one.

There are some good steep inclines here. You may encounter the occasional horse and hungry ticks in the early summer. Take some OFF.

This is a good trail. A good challenge. The track is narrow, watch out for that tree! Very steep inclines make for a heavy climb and a swift downhill. The track is mostly dirt and little rock.
