Trail Description:
Developed by CLIMB, Long Island's premier mountain bike club. Twisting, rolling, sometimes rough and tough, but fast trail through woodlands. Very gratifying. Several nice downhills.
How to get there:
LIE (495) from NYC area to exit 64 (Yaphank). North to Cathedral Pines County Park. Parking fee if the ranger is there, free if not.

I agree, good after work workout, I like this trail to ride with my 14yr old son, I dont have to worry about him killing himself, and still get a good rush, well kept park, not a waste of time.
