Whoever the prior posts are need to puff-puff-pass whatever it is they are smokin.
The BL trail is open to all. You will NOT be shot for being a biker, I've been riding this trail for 7 years (first attempt was 2001).
Harsh climbs with great views. I've never run into horses on the trail, but they are allowed.
In late fall, keep an eye out for hunters too lazy to go somewhere where bikers/hikers/kids don't do the hunting for them--by scaring the game toward their post.

We rode that trail on the fourth of July and after summiting the peak which did offer awesome views we descended and dropped into Willard Basin where there is a spring that you can refill your water and then onto Mantua and through the canyon to Brigham City where luckily we had a ride to take us back to Ogden on the highway which would have added another twenty miles to the 26 miles we already rode It was an awesome ride will do it again!

Amazing climb. It's tough, but worth it. You can see four states from the peak!
