OK if you little girlie men can't handle Viper, Sunset or El P at night. Maybe some day you'll grow hair and nutz. I am thinking that there may be hope for most.

Bombing down this mofo is the best! Especially when you hammer two packs of nails a day. You have to hike a bike a couple of times, but it's worth it.

OK DH especially if you don't like to pay your dues. This is what I would call a weekend warriors delight. I prefer a more of a challenge like Crystal Canyon myself. All you non dues paying knuckle heads can have this one.

best way to do this epic is to ride up the toll road from pasadena. 9 miles uphill. 1st 3 are brutal as is mile 8. at the top you can go east and find the single track down to Chantry Flats or take the road down to Red Box and follow the Gabrielino trail out to JPL. Totally brutal, totallyawesome. totally recommended

This trail is a perfect climb - once at the summit and after some sugar you really feel good. On the way up, though, the only thing you want is this damn climb to end.

This is a fast downhill. But, I prefer a more technically challenging downhill like Mt. Hilyer, Gabrielino Trail, or take the backside from Mt Wilson down the Sturtevant Trail into Chantry Flats.
