Follow Rt. 19 to Fayetteville. Go through town and follow the signs to Cunard.

Rode the Kaymore to Cunard trail southward from the Kaymore One trail head. 2.4 mile acesses road made of loose gravel takes you to the 4.9 mile(one way) trail. Loved it. Perfect for a day ride if you are in the area. Check out the Kudzu valley on the Kaymore end of the trail.

Musta went with one of the touriong companies. I can tell you for a fact that they don't typically take the "hard" trails. Just the touring trails. Trust me, there's plenty of good riding in WV.

I went to the new river gorge area on a family vacation we planned on doing white water rafting and mountain biking. The rafting was a lot of fun, but the mountain biking in that area left something to be desired.
