Flat but generally well maintained unless in hunting season when you arent allowed and anyways. There is a better trail a little down the road on the other side called Pine log, much less sand and nicer trail

I go to this area of FL often. rode this trail in summer 2008... too soft to ride in areas and over grown in others... does not see much use. MUCH better place if youre in the area for beach vacation is to go to the trails back behind the Frank Brown Softball complex. Google for directions. I will be riding out there this week on the SC Blur. Open and firmer ground. Park at back of park near maint. shed and look for trail kiosk. take paved 0.3 mile trail as access to powerlines and then go right and explore! Ive ridden Florida's Santos and Alafia, etc...nothing like that here but a good hours ride of trails... you can pick them out on Google earth...happy trails!
