river side trail was demolished due to the sept. flooding unbelievable... not sure when they will reopen it ---- that said, the creek side (across the road) was still open 2 days ago, residents give you hassle about it

im 12 and i mtb a lot and i love this trail. im like a intermediate and can do all of the stuff at yellow river, so i guess i does not have any "expert" trails. its realy good to ride for like 2 hours tho

its a nice trail. i think it needs to be better maintained. it has been my local "muni' for years and i have seen it change faces. i really enjoy the more techinical side better, but the river side is great for a beginner to learn and get some great exercise. to those who dont like how its blazed, you have to ride it multiple times to rememebr the way YOU want to ride it. i ride it different than my fiedns do, and that makes it fun when we ride together.

Why are so many trails being blocked off by tree limbs? I used to enjoy Yellow River but have become frustrated on the trail blockings. Anyone know why these tarils are being blocked?
