To drive to Fremont Peak, where the top of the trails are, you'll need to take San Juan Canyon road which starts in San Juan Bautista. To drive to the entrance of the Hollister Hills ORV park, you'll have to take Cienega Rd from Hollister. To get from one to the other takes about 45 minutes. So, if all you want is downhill, take two vehicles, leave one at the bottom and one at the top. Lastly, check out Google Earth to get a good idea of the layout of the land and to find hidden trails. Also, keep in mind that most trails are one way trails... don't get caught head on with a motocross racer, you will get hurt and possibly flung off the side of a very steep mountain!

Those directions might be confusing, so when you get in Hollister you take San Benito Street all of the way down through town and you will find sighns that will lead you to Hollister Hills OHV park. Hollister Hills is off of Cieniga Rd.
