Trail Description:
Swanson Park offers some fun tight singletrack. It's a fairly flat rollercoaster ride on well maintained trails.

How to get there:
From I-80 head South on HWY 75 towards Bellevue. Turn onto the Cornhusker Highway heading West. The park is about a mile past 25th Street. It's easy to miss so keep your eyes open. If you reach 36th St. You've gone too far.

I went there in late September and there were no horses or very many people. the trail is fun and has equal uphill and downhill sections. The only problem is that I could see the trail getting soggy in the spring.

The hardest obstical to get around is the massive horse turds on the trail.

I agree with C-dawg

Great trail for after work rides, I've been riding here for over 8 years now and have noticed a lot of changes. I think overall the trails have been maintained very well, some of the xc riders need to an attitude adjustment its not that hard to reply back to someone when your riding. The trail boss can be rather rude especially if you choose not to wear a helmet, I just think some of the fun has been lost when it comes to riding @ Swanson due to a lot of the xc spandex riders thinking they own the place, but still have blast riding there after work.

This trail is not marked well at all, there are a few broken arrows and some markings on tree trucks, but there are alot of down trees, which doesn't make it very easy to figure out which way the trail is going. Someone needs to mark the trail alot better, I was very disappointed. Also alot of trash within the area. Sad !

Fun trail for the most part; however, just a couple of things to be aware of...(1) a lot of tree roots (2)towards the end of the trail not very well marked (3) watch out for the T.H.O.R trail boss he's the trail police/ recruiter for T.H.O.R! Not a bad ride for the area, however, Manawa and Lewis and Clark on the C.B side of the river beat it hands down.

fantastic singletrack nice scenery. my only problem is the trail marking(it seems easy to end up going the wrong direction and in the way of other cyclists.)

Good trail, but not too technical, not many climbs, if u build thing people will ruin it.
