A great ride to day. Coming down the flow trail looking straight across the Kentucky River and the State Capital is looking you straight in the eyes.

I just back on a bike after years of not riding so I can't compare the trails here to anywhere else. I can say that they are fun as all hell. The trails go from easy to dangerous. Three sinkholes; the good, bad and ugly. Nice stretches where you can really get on it. Don't forget about the big nasty over at the archives, it's a treacherous downhill with a long trail back up. Good fun!

the trail contains three (not two) gient sink holes, tight single tracks some steep and not so steep hills, a couple rock guardens, and they have recently added some more trails with new and challenging stuff -iv'e ridden here for around one to two years-
