Trail Description:
1.0 - On the first road switchback right take left off road and find trail. This is a baby smooth singletrack ideal to warm up on.

2.6 - Singletrack ends on the Indiana Creek road - pavement. Follow the road up;

3.0 - Fork, stay on the Indiana Creek road;

3.7 - End of the pavement and continue on a dirt road;

4.2 - Eventually the dirt road turns to a jeep road;

4.3 - At the fork, keep left;

4.5 - Indiana Creek crossing - negotiable but be wary of late spring flooding;

4.6 - Fork and take a right on a jeep road. This becomes a steady and steep climb;

5.6 - Get to the ridge, take a jeep road on your right downhill!

5.7 - Catch narrow single track on your right, follow it and go to the summit of Mount Argentine (11,412');

7.0 - Mt. Argentine summit! Take in the views or take a break - do both!

8.3 - Back to the jeep road at Pennsylvania Creek, take a right turn;

10.2 - Connect with Hwy 9. Options: book down to Breckenridge if you're spent or climb two miles up to the Weelers trailhead (same as the Quandary Peak trailhead);

12.2 - Pass a lodge and take a right turn on a dirt road crossing the creek from McCullough Gulch and follow the jeep road up;

13.0 - Keep right on when you reach the fork;

13.2 - If it's still there, you should see an old cabin/shack.

13.6 - Intersection with another dirt road, climb up 200' to the Wheelers trail junction (sign), challenging climb up on a narrow trail. Do not give up at this point! A reward will come soon.

14.4 - Oh yeah end of the climb! Get ready for a blast of long downhill action all on a single track!;

16.3 - At intersection with Spruce Creek trail follow the Wheelers trail straight ahead;

16.4 - At intersection with a dirt road take right turn downhill;

17.6 - Find Burro Trail singletrack on your left, go for it!

21.7 - back to the parking lot; breathe again!

How to get there:
Take Hwy 9 off I-70 towards Frisco and Breckenridge. Pass Breckenridge and park near the gas station at the end of the village on your right. The mileage count starts at the gas station. Take a right turn on the Boreas Pass road.

Additional Notes:
Get supplies in Breckenridge. Bring extra water. Check out the Allaire Timbers Inn for a nice place to stay if your an outta towner.
